Shipping policy

Our current turnaround time is 5-7 business days. This may change at any time, without notice. Please email us if you need a product by a certain date.

If, for any reason, we are unable to process within that turnaround time, you will receive an email from us with an updated expected ship date.

TurnTurnaround times do not include shipping times, which are controlled by the shipping carrier. Any delays with shipping are out of our control.

Returns, Refunds & exchange policy

We will happily exchange any item that may be damage except for personalized items. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days after you received your items.

Items will need to be in the same condition(unopened) as we send them in, shipping cost to return items will need to be pay by customer. You can always come into our shop to exchange any item except personalized items.

Refunds may occur if for some reason were not able to replace the item. Please email us at hello@fiestatime.co
